COOKING DIRECTIONS THAI TOM YUM PASTE (2 Serves) 
1. Bring 2 cup of water to a boil, Then add 140g of chicken, prawns, fish or meat of you choice and bring to a boil again. Add 1 cup of mushroom and boil until cooked. Turn off the heat. 
2. Add 1 sachet of Thai Tom Yum Paste and stir well. Garnish with coriander and chilies to your taste, ready to serve. 
TRIPS : If you wish to make creamy Tom Yum soup, just add ¼ cup of evaporated milk for a full, rich flavours.
